1. Shipping
Order Processing Time:
All orders are prepared and packaged within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
International Deliveries:
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Options:
Standard shipping is available through USPS or FedEx for both domestic and international destinations.
Free Shipping:
Orders for free shipping.
Damaged Shipments:
If your package arrives with damage, please contact us promptly and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging. The issue will be reviewed and a resolution will be provided as soon as possible.
Tracking Details:
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to monitor the delivery status.
2. Returns
Return Policy:
Original artworks are not eligible for return. However, if exceptional circumstances occur, customers are encouraged to reach out with their order information and reason for requesting a return. Further instructions will be provided based on the case.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping fees.
Custom and Commissioned Work:
Customized pieces, including commissioned artwork, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or with defects.
